Terms & Conditions of Participation

⚠️ Please Read Carefully. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Singhans Private Limited and the Participant/Parent/Guardian. By ticking 'I Accept the Terms and Conditions' during registration, you irrevocably agree to all terms herein. If you do not agree, do not proceed with registration.

Part I — Definitions and Interpretation

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:


Part II — Eligibility and Registration

CLAUSE 2

Eligibility Criteria

Open to students enrolled in Classes 1–12 in any recognized school in India or abroad. The Company reserves the sole right to determine eligibility and may disqualify any Participant at any stage without assigning reasons.

CLAUSE 3

Registration Process

Registration must be completed through the Company's official online portal. The Registrant warrants all information is true, accurate, complete, and current. The Company bears no liability for errors or misrepresentations during registration.

CLAUSE 4

Registration Fee — Strict Non-Refundability

The Olympiad Fee is ₹399 + Applicable Charges. The optional AI Dashboard Add-on Fee is ₹599 + Applicable Charges. All fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under all circumstances, including:

No claims for refund, credit, or substitution shall be entertained. Payment is an irrevocable transaction.

CLAUSE 5

Accuracy of Registration Information

The Registrant is solely responsible for accurate details including name, class, school, contact, and subject selection. The Company is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information. Correction requests post-registration are subject to the Company's sole discretion.


Part III — Olympiad Structure and Examination Conduct

CLAUSE 6

5-Stage T20 Olympiad Structure

By registering, the Registrant expressly acknowledges and irrevocably accepts this 5-stage T20 format structure:

THE REGISTRANT CONFIRMS FULL AWARENESS THAT SINGLE SUBJECT PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE QUALIFIER, AIR, OR MEGA FEST.

CLAUSE 7

Practice Match & Qualifier — Schedule and Conduct

The Practice Match is scheduled for September 2026, and The Qualifier for October 2026. Both are conducted online. The Company reserves the absolute right to change, postpone, reschedule, cancel, or modify the examination date, time, or format without prior notice and without obligation to compensate or refund.

CLAUSE 8

Examination Format

The Olympiad is conducted online through the designated Platform as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Format, duration, question types (20 MCQs per subject typically), marking scheme, and negative marking are as published on the Platform and may be changed without prior notice.

Technical Requirements and Responsibility

The Participant/Registrant is solely and exclusively responsible for adequate technical infrastructure, including:

The Company bears absolutely no responsibility for technical failure at the Participant's end. No re-examination, additional time, or refund shall be provided for any technical issue at the Participant's end.

CLAUSE 10

Examination Integrity and Anti-Cheating Policy

Any cheating, impersonation, or malpractice results in immediate disqualification. The Company's determination of malpractice is final. AI-based monitoring and proctoring tools may be used.

CLAUSE 11

Proctoring and Monitoring

By registering, the Participant and Registrant expressly consent to online proctoring, webcam monitoring, screen recording, and any other surveillance measures during the examination. Such data may be stored and used for examination integrity purposes.

CLAUSE 12

AI Dashboard Add-on Provisions

If the Registrant opts for the AI Dashboard (+₹599), access is granted till November 2026. The AI Tutor (Mahi), Study Material, Practice Hub, and other zones are provided "as is" and rely on third-party AI APIs (e.g., Google Gemini). The Company does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime of the AI Dashboard and is not liable for AI-generated content or hallucinations. The AI Dashboard fee is strictly non-refundable.


Part IV — Results, Rankings, and Progression

CLAUSE 13

Result Declaration

Results for the Practice Match shall be declared post-September 2026, and for The Qualifier post-October 2026. The timeline may change without notice. Results are published on the Company's official website and/or communicated to registered contacts. The Company is not responsible for non-receipt due to incorrect contact details or spam filters.

CLAUSE 14

Evaluation and Percentile-Based Ranking

Rankings are determined by a percentile-based system, marks obtained, or any other method the Company deems appropriate. The Company's decision on evaluation methodology is final and binding.

CLAUSE 15

Progression to The Qualifier & Final

Only 'Full Match' Participants are eligible for The Qualifier. Single-subject Participants cannot progress beyond the Practice Match.

CLAUSE 16

Finality of Results

All results, rankings, scores, cut-offs, and decisions announced by the Company at any round are final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals, representations, objections, or requests for re-evaluation shall be entertained after results are declared, except at the Company's sole discretion.

CLAUSE 17

Medals and Certificates

Official digital participation certificates may be awarded to all eligible Participants who appear in the exam. Merit-based medals, awards, and All India Ranks (AIR) are exclusively for Full Match Qualifier Round Rank Holders. The categories, thresholds, and form of recognition are decided entirely by the Company, which reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw any award without notice.


Part V — Scholarship and Prizes

CLAUSE 18

Eligibility for Benefits — Full Match Qualifier Rank Holders Only

Scholarships, cash prizes, special awards, T20 match tickets, Disneyland trips, Cricketer/Celebrity meet opportunities, and all other benefits are available EXCLUSIVELY to Rank Holders from The Qualifier (Full Match Participants). Participants who only appear in the Practice Match, or who register for single subjects, are not entitled to any such benefits.

CLAUSE 19

Scholarship — Nature and Scope

'Scholarship' refers exclusively to an educational benefit or credit applicable towards programs offered by Singhans Private Limited and its associated entities (including Superhero Classes and Superhero Future Schools).

CLAUSE 20

Cash Prizes — Discretionary and Variable

The Company may award cash prizes from the ₹10,00,000+ (₹10 Lakh+) pool at its sole and absolute discretion. 'Up to ₹10 Lakh+' is the maximum possible prize and does not guarantee any specific amount.

CLAUSE 21

Disneyland Trip & T20 Match Tickets

Select Rank Holders may be given opportunities to win T20 Cricket Match Tickets or a trip to Disneyland. These are subject to availability, operational feasibility, and the Company's sole discretion. The Company is not liable if external factors (visas, travel restrictions, event cancellations) prevent the fulfillment of these prizes. The Company may substitute these prizes with items of equivalent or different value without notice.

CLAUSE 22

Cricketer / Celebrity Meet Opportunity

Certain Rank Holders may be given the opportunity to meet T20 Cricketers/Celebrities at the Mega Fest. This is subject to availability. 'Cricketer/Celebrity' means any mascot, costumed character, or personality associated with the Superhero Olympiad brand as determined by the Company. No specific Cricketer/Celebrity is guaranteed; the Company may substitute without notice.


Part VI — Event Logistics

CLAUSE 23

Mega Fest — Venue, Fee, and Logistics

The Final (Mega Fest) is conducted at a venue, date, and time determined entirely by the Company in November 2026. The Company may change or relocate the venue at any time.

CLAUSE 24

Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Modification

The Company reserves the absolute right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any round or event at any time and for any reason. No refund or compensation whatsoever shall be payable in such cases.

CLAUSE 25

Photography and Videography

By registering, the Participant and Registrant grant the Company an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use photographs, videos, and recordings of the Participant at any associated event for promotional, commercial, or any other purpose, without further consent or compensation.


Part VII — Data Privacy and Intellectual Property

CLAUSE 26

Collection and Use of Personal Data

By registering, the Registrant expressly consents to the Company collecting, storing, processing, and using all personal data including name, age, class, school, address, photograph, contact details, and examination performance data.

CLAUSE 27

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with SIO — including the name 'Superhero International Olympiad', logos, mascots, question papers, certificates, website, and all related materials — is the exclusive property of Singhans Private Limited.


Part VIII — Liability, Indemnity, and Warranties

CLAUSE 28

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Singhans Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to:

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Olympiad and all associated services (including the AI Dashboard) are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. The Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation, accuracy of results, or availability of prizes or scholarships.

CLAUSE 30

Indemnification

The Registrant and Participant agree to indemnify and hold harmless Singhans Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) any fraudulent or misleading information provided during registration; (c) any act or omission of the Participant during the examination.

CLAUSE 31

No Guarantee of Any Outcome

Registration and participation does not guarantee qualification to any subsequent round, or any prize, scholarship, medal, or certificate. All outcomes are subject to the Participant's performance and the Company's evaluation and decision.

Part XII — Parental and Guardian Consent

CLAUSE 49

Parental / Guardian Consent

Since most Participants are minors, registration must be completed by a Parent or Legal Guardian. By completing registration, the Parent/Guardian confirms they have legal authority to register the Participant and consent on their behalf for all purposes under these Terms.

CLAUSE 50

Parental Responsibility

The Parent/Guardian is responsible for ensuring the Participant's compliance with these Terms and is liable for any breach of these Terms by the Participant.

CLAUSE 51

Supervision During Examination

The Registrant is responsible for ensuring that the Participant appears for the examination in a supervised, appropriate environment. The Company is not responsible for any harm, injury, or incident occurring during the examination.
